Powder Coating

We've got you covered with our state-of-the-art powder coating facility!

Our system (new in 2002) includes:

• 760-foot enclosed-track conveyorized powder coat system
• Gas-fired 6-stage washer, including deionized rinsing to guarantee 100% powder adhesion
• Elevated combination dry-off and cure oven

Types of powder:

• Polyesters
• TGICs
• Urethanes
• Epoxies

Advantages of powder coating:

• Provides an excellent finish -- available in high gloss, matte, wrinkle, etc.
• Provides an extremely durable finish
• Environmentally friendly -- no VOCs or hazardous wastes
• More economical than other finishing techniques
